Prices:
Prices shown on this website are firm for all items ordered and despatched ex-stock. Prices for any items not in stock at the time of order and despatched at a later date may change subject to changes in our costs. We reserve the right to vary the prices published on this website without prior notice. Postage and packaging charges will be added automatically and in accordance with our P&P rates.
Post & Packing:
We have tried to keep this as simple as possible. It is also very cost effective for you. Each unit item has a standard postage cost of £0.30.

Payment:
We use a secure payment system provided by PayPal and no credit card details are held in clear text at any time on any web site. See our Shopping Cart information for more details. Goods will be despatched after confirmation of full payment.
Stock:
When you purchase our fabric, it will say against the item if it is in stock or not. If the item is out of stock, where we can, and to the best of our ability, we will state the expected date of arrival of new stock. However, if an item is shown as in stock, but goes out of stock before we get to your order, we will contact you directly to discuss what you would like to do.
Order Turnaround:
We process all orders as quickly as possible and certainly within 48 hours for items that are ex-stock. If we are on holiday, this may take longer. However, we will always tell you when we are away.
Back Orders:
If your item is not in stock and you have agreed to have it back ordered, we will advise you of expected delivery date.
Delivery:
If your order doesn't arrive at all please let us know at the earliest opportunity so we may arrange for a replacement or refund.
Quality Guarantee:
If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will have a replacement consignment sent to you. We may ask you to return the original goods to us in their original packing. Should we do this we will refund your postage. If your goods are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt either by telephone or email with details of the fault and also telling us if you want a replacement, credit or a refund.
Returns Policy:
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Regulations 2000 we offer you the right to cancel your purchase without specifying a reason, as long as it is within the cancellation period. The cancellation period expires 7 working days from the day after the day that you receive your goods. Should you wish to exercise this right simply notify us and we shall refund your money within 30 days of receiving notification.
Please return all unwanted goods to our mail order address. We may require proof of postage.
